Overview

Our client is a major financial institution based on the English south coast and hey currently have vacancies for two Swedish speaking customer service administrators.

JOB DUTIES:

– To process the work of the section accurately and promptly.
– Provide full administration services to external customers (oral / writing)
– Providing translations ( as and when required )

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:- :

– Some office / admin experience
– Fluent Swedish (to mother tongue / business level – spoken, written, read ).
– Excellent command of English ( spoken, written, read ).
– Excellent customer services skills
– Able to work well in a team and capable of working under own initiative
– Reliable, attention to detail, able to work at speed

 

Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.00

Base salary £17.000 – £18.000 pa + benefits
