Our international client has an immediate job opportunity for two Spanish speaking finance administrators for their offices in Northamptonshire

Brief Job Description:

– To administer Spanish contracts
– To ensure customers are billed accurately
– Be consistently and efficiently
– Maintaining good relations with both and internal and external customers.
– Responsible for approximately 20 – 25 customers

– Maintain and update CRM and contracts
– Provide outstanding customer support
– Handle all customer enquiries/complaints ]
– To support the team leader / team manager / colleagues
– Work in a high volume, fast paced and customer focused environment

You

– Good prioritisation skills
– Good organisational skills
– Excellent customer handling skills
– Numerate and literate
– PC literate with good keyboard skills
– Fluent Spanish speaker
– Must have good English skills (read/write/speak)
– Excellent communication skills ( speak – read – write )

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00 to £24,000.00 /year
