The Job:
Working closely with customer service team colleagues in other areas of the business in terms of support and involved in training.
Call handling, taking calls, and assisting clients where required.
Monitoring and managing customers’ queries/cases through salesforce;
Managing the “order to cash flow” process (Order Collection/Entry/Management)
Working closely with logistics acting as the interface between Customers, Sales reps,
Distribution, Shipping, being the reference point for Accounts and solving any related issues (shipment shortages, wrong deliveries, delays, warranty issues, etc.);
Managing the customers’ portfolio ensuring the right status of “back orders”;

The Person:

Languages: Native level Norwegian, business English.
Knowledge of office package – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Knowledge of using Sales Force preferred.
Prior experience in Norwegian CS role
Strong communication skills.
Ability to listen and to manage a commercial relationship.
Problem Solving Skills.
Team oriented.
Dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic attitude.

Hybrid role: Three days West Kensington office.

Salary: £26,000 –  £28,000
