Are you self-motivated, enthusiastic and with excellent communication skills?
Our client is hiring a Danish-speaking Inside Sales Agent to work in their New Business team in either the UK Or Roskilde, Denmark
As a key team member, you will convert customer leads into customers joining for subscription services, paying an annual fee.
You’ll be aiming to exceed monthly/annual sales targets, related to lead conversion.
Responsibilities:
– Making outgoing calls on a daily basis and responding to incoming calls in a timely fashion
– Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure
– Following up database mail shots by telephone to establish sales leads
– Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at differing industry sectors
– Hitting average daily KPIs (both in terms of calls and minutes)
– Achieving monthly revenue targets
– Attending monthly team meetings to discuss issues, suggestions etc. relating to the running of the sales team
– To carry out any additional duties as requested
Qualifications:
– Fluent in Danish and English
– Experience of telephone sales or customer service environment is desirable
– A working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Access
– Working knowledge of CRM (desirable)
– Accuracy and close attention to detail
– Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning
– Excellent communication skills
– Good listening skills
– Flexible approach and able to meet tight deadlines
– Experience of working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
