Our client is a major International financial institution with one of the biggest Nordic teams in the UK.
They now need to increase their Swedish sales support team on the Isle of Man by hiring 2 new starters. Immediate start available and relocation assistance to the island will be given.

Key Responsibilities and Scope of role:

Your key responsibility will be to deliver an excellent and effective Sales Support service to the Sales team, our Financial Advisors and Customers.
? Dealing with general and technical queries that occur from telephone calls and emails received in.
? Ensuring the information provided is present, correct, market specific and as per the proposition and services available (both proactively and reactively). Developing any sales leads and passing any such leads to the sales team as directed (using CRM system where applicable to the market).
? Establishing and Developing technical knowledge of all products and services including product features, benefits, charges, funds, commission/adviser charging, and relevant regulations and market standards.
? Earn trust by Delivering a quality service, ensuring that all our customers (Including IFA’s etc.) are kept informed of developments; progress, delays or issues.
? Produce all required pre sale illustrations same day or within agreed SLA’s
? Developing Strong Relationships with all contacts and customers
? Attend or arrange visits with Sales Managers as required to strengthen relationships
? Provide assistance internally with language skills in own team as required and directed
Skills Required:
? Experience of working within a customer service team, providing telephone and email customer service, to show an understanding of the importance of real-time call and email management
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to establish and build strong working relationships with staff and management
? Ability to think on your feet and outside the box to obtain the best resolution to challenges faced
? Fluent language skills (written & verbal) as required for the region e.g.: Swedish

? Good knowledge of IT Systems
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, especially MS Outlook
? Experience in a technical support role
Base Salary: £23,500 –  £29,500
