Our client is currently recruiting a for an Account Manager with experience managing accounts across the Nordic region to join the Retail team based out of brand-new offices.
The employer is a market leader in card-based financial solutions. Among other activities, the company develops and distributes prepaid products in easy-to-use formats and delivers them to over 165 million consumers each week through a network of retail partners.
The Account Manager will act as the first point of contact with the existing Nordic (Denmark, Sweden and Norway) distribution partners and content partners within the region answer their queries and increase partner satisfaction.

You will use your communication skills to identify and address partner needs while representing our company in a positive way. Previous customer service/account management experience will be an advantage.
Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with our partners to reach our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan.
Provide support to the existing network of partners in the Nordics.
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to partner queries.
Build strong partner relationships, through regular communication.
Suggest products/services that maximize partner satisfaction.
Communicate product and pricing details clearly.
Coordinate with the Director for the Nordics to create customized sales plans for partners.

Requirements

Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant sales role ideally within Retail or Gift Cards.
Experience managing accounts in the Nordics region
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
Effective presentation and negotiation skills
High degree of professionalism
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
Native level Danish, Norwegian or Swedish
Business level English

Salary: £45,000 –  £50,000
