Our client is looking for a Stockholm based Sales Manager, someone who is target oriented, incredibly driven and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for generating new business. For this you must be a seasoned lead generator, an excellent communicator who can work closely with C-suite executives and the account management team. The Sales Manager will be expected to generate, develop and close opportunities.

This is, initially a solely new business role, however, over time you will build up a portfolio of customers which you will need to support and generate further revenues from.

You will be responsible for helping to identify opportunities to sell additional products and services, whilst making it your personal objective to increase the customers’ usage, and understanding of the benefits of our services to them and their organisation through analysis and risk assessment of their usage statistics and other intelligence available to you.


To be suitable for this position you will have the following skills and experience:

Native level Swedish speaker (essential)
High proficiency in English language (essential)
Experienced in developing and delivering a new business strategy (essential)
Proven history of growing a healthy new business pipeline (essential)
Ability to proactively meet and exceed company new business targets (essential)
Self-motivated and able to work on initiative (essential)
Have over 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
Experience using CRM tools for tracking and record updates (desirable)
Ability to produce consistent quality and quantity of B2B sales prospects (essential)
Senior sales executive with a minimum of 3 years within either Retail, OOH, vertical market sales experience (demonstrable track record of success)
Possessing drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored (essential)
Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google GSuite (desirable)
Demonstrable commercial experience commensurate with structuring high value contracts
High levels of planning, organization, motivation, creativity and results focus (essential)
Highly developed strategic selling skills, comfortable engaging with board directors of all disciplines to establish an understanding of requirements and buy in.
