Overview
Our client is currently in the process of expanding their market in Scandinavia so now require new team members with the ability to communicate effectively with Danish and Swedish customers.
The position is for that of an IT Support Advisor. This is providing First Line IT support to customers both in the UK and in Europe.
Knowledge of Information Technology will be advantageous, but not essential, as full training will be provided. The candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate efficiently with excellent customer service in both verbal and written form.
There are excellent prospects for the right candidate, who will be happy and able to evolve its role as the Company continues to expand. The successful candidate will be committed and ambitious for themselves and the company.
The Job:
Provide a professional service on the helpdesk for Technical, Sales and Tracking support.
Maintain email correspondence with customers
Maintain customer records on the bespoke administration site creating and amending orders, suborders and credit notes.
Process payments and any refunds if necessary.
Liaise with Production, Returns and Administration Departments as needed.
Monitor and report customer satisfaction levels.
The Person:
Excellent communication skills in Danish and English
Have the ability to communicate with people of varying skills and aptitudes.
Be punctual, reliable, flexible and conscientious.
Fast and accurate keyboard skills.
It is essential you can work in a high pressure and busy environment while still displaying the professionalism required for a customer service environment.
Salary: £18,000 – £19,000
