Danish Language Customer Service Job

We are currently recruiting a Danish Customer Service professional to look after a portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of customers meeting their day-to-day requirements
Take responsibility for Danish customer service and loyalty within the remit of the role
Reassure customers, educate and train them in best practice
Take responsibility for account retention within the Danish customer service remit
Resolve problems efficiently with minimum impact on the customer
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues: gather, interpret and act on information

Essential experience and requirements for the Danish Customer Service Job

Customer focused
Previous experience in a Danish  service role
Excellent building and maintaining customer relationships
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Able to take responsibility
Attention to detail and accuracy of work
Responsive and quick to learn and update knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Planning and organisational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills – ideally experience in Excel and Access

Fluent in English
Fluency in Danish

Danish customer service – hybrid role based at either near Abingdon or Barnet offices
