Our client is a medium-sized brand design company ranked in the top 10 in the UK and they now need a Finnish / Swedish speaker to help build on the success of their Nordic offering.

The Job:

Reporting to 3 Account Directors and part of a 10 people Client Services team
Build long-term client relationships based on trust, quality thinking, effective creative solutions, timely delivery and the best possible client servicing at all times
Direct and manage small to medium projects
Support ADs on larger projects

Main Clients
FMCG food and drinks across the UK, Europe and the Middle East

Main Job Responsibilities:

Client relationship – manage the day to day liaison and build strong relationships
Project management –schedule work, produce status reports, timings, trackers etc, write inspiring briefs for the designers
Finance management – put together proposals, estimates, forecasts and invoicing
Business development – proactively grow your accounts

Skills and Competencies:

2+ years of experience in a branding and packaging design agency (ideally with experience in large ranges and global roll-outs)
A personable team player with the ability to deliver results through teamwork
Excellent client services skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
Fluent clear and articulate in verbal communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm when presenting
Assertive and able to take charge of a situation when appropriate
Organised, well prepared and able to keep calm under pressure
A positive thinker with a responsive, ‘can do’ and optimistic attitude
Well informed about clients’ business and general branding/marketing issues
Numerate, attention to detail

Salary: £30,000 –  £35,000
