Our Story
The Nordic Job Board was born out of a specific need. Established by Nordic Staff—a recruitment agency founded in 2005 by a Swede and a Brit—we realised that traditional, generalist job boards weren’t effectively reaching the Nordic community.
Recruiting for Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, and Swedish speakers requires more than just a job posting; it requires an understanding of the unique cultural, technological, and social nuances of the Nordic workforce. We built this platform to be a dedicated home for these high-demand skills, ensuring that employers and candidates can find each other with ease.
Why We Are Different
Finding Nordic talent in the UK can be a challenge. With a population of approximately 70,000 Nordic nationals in the country, the “needle in a haystack” analogy often applies to recruiters.
