1.Job Board Ownership and Description
The Nordic Job Board is owned and operated by Nordic Staff (www.nordicstaff.com)

The Nordic Job Board is a job board which takes paid advertising from Employers and their agents in order to publicise jobs to job seekers, for whom the service is free.

2. Availability.

The Nordic Job Board does its best to ensure the highest website availability. However, in the event of the service being unavailable, The Nordic Job Board cannot guarantee any recovery time and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the interruption of its services.

3. Content.

The Nordic Job Board cannot guarantee that all information proposed on the website, including job vacancies, candidate details or otherwise, is accurate, complete or true.

The Nordic Job Board is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from any use of its website, or business information however provided, including but not limited to direct loss, consequential loss and loss of profits.
The Nordic Job Board retains the right to remove any content submitted by third parties.

4. Links to other websites

The Nordic Job Board is not responsible for the availability, content or use of such websites.

5. Privacy.

The Nordic Job Board does not collect personal information such as names, contact details and email addresses, unless this information is provided by you explicitly and intentionally.
The Nordic Job Board does not allow recruiters access to candidates CV’s or other personal information.

6. Intellectual Property of The Nordic Job Board

The Nordic Job Board trademarks, brands, logos and domain names are property of Nordic Staff and cannot be employed for any other purpose than referring to The Nordic Job Board itself (i.e. in links, banners, texts, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property of Third Parties

Third party trademarks, brands, domain names, company names and company logos used within this site are property of their respective owners who manage their use through their accounts with The Nordic Job Board. These trademarks are not meant to identify The Nordic Job Board, neither to associate The Nordic Job Board with their owners: they are only used as a referral to their owners.
The Nordic Job Board is not aware of any third party copyright pending on text and graphical elements displayed on the website, and will immediately remove these from the website if a legitimate copyright claim is raised.

8. Purchase/Refund of Job Posting Credits

In order to post a job advertisement on The Nordic Job Board you will need to purchase at least one Job Posting credit. Each advertising credit will remain available until it is activated by posting a job. Once the job has been posted the Job Posting will remain on the site for a period of 28 days before expiring. Once purchased advertising credits cannot be refunded unless service interruptions prevent the display of advertisements. If such interruptions prevent display for a 24 hour period in the 28 day advertisement duration a 100% refund will be given on request.
