This successful International web based retail business is expanding and they now require 9 new team members to join their already successful business.
Job details:
dealing directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
responding promptly to customer inquiries
handling and resolving customer complaints
obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries
processing orders, forms, applications and requests
following up on customer interactions
The Person:
The successful applicant will be a Danish speaking self starter with the desire to excel in a customer service role. The employer values and requires integrity, energy and the ability to work in a high energy team.
