Customer Relations Executive – Norwegian Speaking
Gatwick, West Sussex
£17,000 Plus £2,000 Language Allowance

Our client is a team of travel experts who help their customers put together their perfect holiday at the lowest market price. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Norwegian speaking Customer Relations Executive to join their team.

This is the ideal role for a Norwegian speaking customer service professional from a travel background looking to flourish with a rapidly expanding company offering excellent career opportunities.

As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for providing a superb level of service to our client’s customers and ensuring that all queries and complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner.

Overseeing post departure complaints, you will manage the complete complaints handling process, from logging and investigating new complaints through to final response and resolution. Monitoring all cases, you will respond to complaints by both telephone and letter and ensure that they are resolved within the agreed timescale.

Adhering to company guidelines, you will manage customer refunds and make sure that they are administered within seven days of issue. Additionally, you will listen to calls on behalf of the Operations Pre-Departure and Post-Departure Teams and ensure that a first class level of service is provided at all times to uphold our client’s reputation for excellence.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Fluent written and verbal Norwegian language skills, in addition to English
- Proven customer service experience
- A background in the travel sector

As a Customer Relations Executive, you must possess a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Self-motivated and organised, you must have the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
