Customer Service Representative New Barnet, Hertfordshire, UKThe Company:
Our client is one of the world’s largest information brokers. They act as intermediaries between information owners and those wishing to access that information via a subscription service.
The Role:
Customer Service Representatives demonstrate initiative in advising and providing solutions, introducing customers to new products and exceeding their needs and expectations. You will be the company’s representative to the customer and the customer’s advocate to the company. Full training is provided.
Candidate Profile:
You should be motivated and positive, with an eye for detail and have excellent written, numeracy and organisational skills. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering first class results to your customers and have previous office based customer service experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills within this role via training provided by our client.
Skills/Experience required:
Finnish + Swedish
Good English
Customer service experience
Salary:
Salary: £18,500
