The Client:


My client is a £2bln service provider who is currently planning to open 11 new sites in the Nordic region – the majority of employees will be in Norway.
Before the sites can open the project managers responsible must gather together important information, understand local conditions and communicate with local trade organisations and government departments.

The Job:

The HR advisor will work with the project managers – fact finding on local employment legislation , preparing reports and facilitating negotiations .



Further information:

This role is for an initial 3 months with the possibility of extension

Qualifications required:

* Formal HR qualification
* Commercial experience
* Native Norwegian speaker
